I have done quite a bit of fiberglass work. First how did this happen? Was this hole drilled in there for some reason? If so, clean real good, and re-glass with a little fiber for support. If this hole was a result of damage, you must ensure you get the glass resin deep in to any cracks. Also ensure you add extra fiber on the under side were it will not be in the way or seen. Any original fiber in this area has been damaged, and is useless. If this area is needed for support, you my be better off grinding out the dammaged area completely. ERic
