John,

RE:"I am wondering if anyone has a real life opinion of him and his business?"

I have been wondering the same. I looked over his website when my SO was searching for her van and while the prices were a bit high, he is after all a dealer and all things are negociable. I spoke with him once on the phone, after several email attempts, he seemed knowledgeable, but not very helpful. To clarify, he was unwilling to email photo's of a vehicle to me, which I feel that anyone marketing a vehicle nationally should be able and willing to do. You are in in Utah and have the ability to drive over and inspect his merchandise, I am in Alaska and it is not feasible to do so as it is 2500 miles just to get to Seattle, or at least $500.00 to fly.
