Won't this data be worthless unless everyone uses a shop-quality oil pressure gauge to take the measurements? The VDO dash gauge covers 80 psi over a distance of about an inch and a half, in 10 psi increments. I've heard from a couple of knowledgeable folks that the VDO isn't sensitive enough to react to small pressure fluctuations, and hence is limited in use as a diagnostic tool.

Good point which I had not thought about. Well, the data is still valid and just needs to be used with caution. Maybe the type of gauge that the reading was taken with should be included in the data. I will make that note on the data page > _http://members.aol.com/Fkc43/survey.htm_ (http://members.aol.com/Fkc43/survey.htm) Happy Holidays !
