You have to use a holesaw and cut I thinks a 3 1/2 inch hole to put in the vent fascia. However I have a Syncro GL with a Z-bed conversion so it does not fit anywhere in that area. I have put it behind the front passenger seat. It is a self contained unit so I can leave it like that, but I still may build a little box to go over it soon. As I said though in a Westy it would be a clean install, and not visible.
