It's expensive but I suggest changing everything besides the cat. I get mine from vanagain. If you want to you can just change the bad parts but once you go and cut them off the others will probably want to crack and leak. You will need the pipes, gaskets and all. Then nuts may have to be cut off. On the head nuts I hear that welding on a nut to the cut off bolt is the way to back them off.
