this is a relist. this person tried to sell the van a while back with a reserve and the reserve wasn't met. hmmm... starting price of $1000 this time, i would guess thats what the reserve was last time, i'm sure the bidding didn't get up that high. i like the part where he says that hes not sure if it came from the factory with a spare tire or not.
