Chris,

I'm a mold maker, and have worked with ceramic molds, rubber molds, and fiberglas molds, vacuum formed plastic molds, all constructed for the purpose of making various molded products.

Can you supply me with a picture of this thing. If I can see what the form looks like I can give you a better idea of the possibilities. Also, I have access to a fairly large vacuum forming machine. It might be possible to utilize that for making reproductions.
