<DIV></DIV>>-open small bleed valve to right of fill line

<DIV></DIV>>

<DIV></DIV>>When I open the bleed valve, is propane supposed to hiss out all
<DIV></DIV>>the time, or just when the tank is full? I've been afraid to
<DIV></DIV>>open it all the way because of fear of fires.
