No, and yes.

Syncro springs are different than 2wd springs. Also, there were different spring rates for different model configurations. The Westfalias have the stiffest springs, and have blue paint blotches on them. Some have brown or yellow spots.

Probably not critical to match the spring rate to the model, but springs should match each other.
