I have an 81 Air cooled vanagon camper with a 009 distributer

I would like to restore the timing and dist functions to stock before the spring season. 

does anyone have a non-federal Distributer for an AirCooled vanagon for around $25
shipped to Syracuse New York 13029?

also interested in EGR pipeing from the exhaust to the throttle body
