The Tiico is NOT a 1.8l head on a 2.0l block. The longblock is identical to the Aud 3a. The Tiico is shipped with a fuel rail. It doesnt look like a VW one but nevertheless it is a fuel rail. I can also assure you that the engine is brand new. By concluding that it is rebuilt would mean that EVERYTHING the CARB tells you is fact.
