Hello list, Again, thx to all who provided answers to my 85 miss at idle problem. As it turns out, the dipstick was out, and also i have several poor looking vaccum line ends. (probably providing several leaks i cannot hear)...Also, the knock i heard was not the timing, it is clutch related (went away when the clutch was pressed in) As it shifts fine, this can wait till spring. How does one go about changing the vaccum lines...(the ones on my 85 are plastic, with only the last inch or so being rubber) Do i replace with all rubber, or try to splice new ends onto the plastic. Lastly, There was a list member a few digests ago, that had some block heaters for sale for 20$....Anybody know who this was, or if you read this and it is you, please email me off list. __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
