Yup, I hear you. The point of my initial response was
two-fold:
1. You failed to mention the idle adj screw.
2. To indicate you may have other trouble than just
the idle affecting your ability to pass emissions. I
run at 5 BTDC and easily pass both idle and high rev
emissions.
I am not disagreeing with your response in regards to
how the components of the FI system work.
