Tim, you are absolutely correct. I talked to Peter the other day and he explained that the engineer for the CARB had gotten some stuff screwed up. As to the engine being labelled as rebuilt on the EO and being labelled new on the Tiico site; I think that has alot to do with the fact that the 2lr engine is imported and that number is not on any engine that was put into a US production model. Simple system manipulation.

Peter also assured me that he is taking care of the confusion so that everyone can get their regs.
