Are you sure the drips are from the heads, and not the various coolant lines
above the heads?  I had that happen on my 89 Westy when I drove it home from
SC.  I no sooner had it in my driveway when I noticed some coolant drips
under the left side head.  It turned out to be a loose clamp on the oil
cooler.
