Well I am finally driving the Vanagon again. Now it is time to tackle the smog issues. Here were the readings. 2582rpm max average my van HC 180 0035 111 CO% 1.20 00.20 3.94 C02 12.3 O2 0.4 988rpm max average my van HC 150 0040 324 CO% 1.20 00.10 2.93 C02 10.7 O2 3.8 If just the HC or CO was out, that I could handle but I am not sure of the best place to start on this. Things replaced/fixed so far: Distributor cap Rotor Plug cables Plugs Vacuum lines O2 sensor is working I am looking suggestions as to any adjustments/sensors that might be out that could cause these readings.
