In the 1970s, Popular Mechanics or Popular Science (don't remember which) did a DIY article and even sold plans for this little gem. Had a smaller one called a "Boonie Box" or some such. This one was really neat as it had flip out sides like a tent camper. Made out of 1" polyurethane foam laminated with epoxy resin and fiberglass. And indeed a bus chassis. Also had 2 2" square steel tubing rollover structures in the inside. The Boonie Box was on a shortened bus chassis. I wanted one sooooo bad! The warp nacelles are extra cost options and only usable where di-lithium is available. They are also not CARB certified. The EO paperwork was not in a compliant dialect of Klingon (HAH!!!).
