Hi, From the responses I got, I replaced the fuel regulator. I pulled off the "old" one and it had obviously gotten clogged up. I also found that the L shaped rubber hose that goes to the crankcase under the AFM had was loose and cracked, a problem I couldn't see without taking it off and inspecting it. So I patched that up as well. No doubt a combination of the two. I'll definately need to go back though and finish up putting in new hoses on the fuel rail and injector seals.
