I've got a 700W Husky inverter from Home Despot (about $70) mounted in the secret compartment next to the water tank, but since you don't have a westy, that's for naught. For the record, instead of hacking the stock wiring, I ran a short extension with a male plug on each end from the inverter to the outlet for the fridge. This powers the outlet inside by the bed. Nothing better than watching slide shows of death-defying exploits while camped in the boonies! Cheers, Jeff -----Original Message-----
Does anyone have a recommendation for make/model and a good place to mount it in the vehicle? |
