1200W is a pretty hefty draw from a 12VDC source. Given that the inverter is about 80% efficient you'll be drawing 125AMPS. That's pretty tough for an ordinary battery to supply over a long period of time. However if you're only using 240W of the inverter's capability you're down to ~22AMPs. |
