Subject: Original, Stock, 1985 Vanagon GL for sale in NJ...
Content-Type: text/plain; format=flowed

Good morning All, My name is Richard F. Bias (I was a part of this community for years but had to leave about 1 year ago) and we own a white, all original, all stock, 1985, 8 passenger, Vanagon GL with 175K miles on it. It is in very good running order (everything works except the air) with a solid frame and body (read no structural rust at all), new paint 2 years ago with the recent re-start of the ever present seam rust making it's way through in some small areas. We are the 3'rd owners and we have had the Van for about 6 years. I have done a "boat load" of work to the vehicle. Rebuilt heads and new gaskets about 3 years ago, I put HD boat flex exhaust hose in place of the back sections of rusted steel coolant hose parts, Redline in the trans, new water pump and coolant housing about 1 year ago, every part of the exhaust (except CC) has been replaced since we have owned the Van, new wind shield about 3 months ago, and 100 other things that are covered on this list that I will provide to the interested party. My family is older now and really starting to loose interest in the Van. It really doesn't get used like it should anymore and my time for it is becoming less and less so we decided with heavy heart to sell it to an enthusiast to let it live the life it should. If you or anyone you know would like a nice looking, nice running stock 1985 Vanagon GL, let me know and we can talk. Many extras go with the sale and I can provide pictures. Please email me directly at rbias@hotmail.com. $2,200.00 or fair offer. Having the Van go to someone who really is excited and wants it and will use it and take care of it (like I did when I bought it) is much more important to me than the asking price. I am willing to talk. Thank you.

Richard F. Bias 85 GL "Buba"
