Hi Steven, sorry for your "disaster". Just a thought to give you an idea of what to negotiate for. I went to MSN Auto site and linked to their page that lets you enter your particular auto details to see it's "resale" value, which is what retailers in your area would be asking for that vehicle. I used my area, Salt Lake, and your van and the result was:
