First ... you don't want to unsubscribe. It only confirms that yours is a valid e-mail address and your spam volume will increase. Even if all they do is sell your address to others (note the plural).

The list of words only shows how unscrupulous the sender is. It also shows his/her system is less than perfect.

All those words are contained in the HTML of their site and should you do a search that contains any of those words their site will come up among the hits.

Best to just tailor your e-mail client to delete or at least move to a spam folder, all their e-mails.
