One day when you really got the time here is what you got to do. The really is a good idea, too............it has helped me half the time.

You got to trace the system from the keyswitch. clean every connection, make sure they are tight. I have found loose. corroded connections under the dash that once i fixed the problem goes away. The main issue is a voltage drop between the key and the solenoid...................sometimes you may even have to rewire a little here and there as you may find wires that are brittle from heat. I have done this on 3 of the last 5 vans that had this problem and they crank every time..............I found this to solve the problem of "starts when cold, but after a long drive, the van will not turn over"
