Yes, it's the "mydoom" virus. Comes in the form of an attachment that is not a *.exe but has an extension that is normally considered "safe" such as *.zip or *.txt. I suggest you update your anti-virus program and don't open attachments from anybody you don't know.

I really hate the "let's jump on the virus thing"... but I have been getting a lot of emails from andrew@gerry.vanagon.com containing the following:

SUBJECT: Mail Delivery System BODY: Test ATTACHMENT: BODY.ZIP > This zip contains BODY.PIF which is going to be a trojan or virus of some sort.

Anyone else getting these or is it just me?
