In a message dated 1/24/2004 9:51:08 PM Pacific Standard Time, JordanVw@AOL.COM writes: ummmmm nope... all '98 down watercooled vw cars (including scirocco) are 4 bolt...4x100. vanagon is 5x112. way off there buddy :<) Not quite accurate, Chris, et al.

The Sciroccos if stock only came in 4 x 100mm bolt pattern. The 6-cyl cars such as the Corrado, Passat, Jettas and GTi's are 5 x 100mm. Vanagons & Eurovans have 5 x 112mm patterns.

The 98-later Passats are now 5 x 112mm as the T4 & T5 vans and trucks. All the other cars like New Beetles, Jetta/Golf are on 5 x 100mm. Some smaller cars like the in non-US markets retain the 4 x 100mm pattern. The lonely exception is the Toureg which has a Porsche pattern like the Cayenne. They sport 5 x 130mm bolt patterns.

I hope this helps.
