Tabe, there are two small bolts on the face of each drum. Remove the bolts and the drum shoul come right off.

There is no need to take the axle nut off.

The wheel can be put back on the drum and the vehicle run without the little bolts. Doesn't hurt a thing. But it helps not to have the drum come off when you are changeing a tire.
