Hey Wes, I don't work on vehicles outside at that temp. either, unless I really have to. While I have installed a block heater in a Honda outside at -23F, and spent 4hrs replacing a starter on a Ford p/u with headers in similar weather, both were done only because I had no feasible alternative. The Westy is sitting inside a warm garage until spring, or break-up as we call it. I do not expect to drive it until sometime this May. I'd take you up on that and offer the use of the other half of the garage but the commute would be a little long for you. Good luck, stay warm.
