There should be a couple of 10mm hex heads there that hold the drums on. After removing them a good whack with a rubber hammer will normally get them loose if you got the emergency brakes off. Then there are the times when the drums are sort' a frozen to the hub and more of that hammer action is necessary.

Time for another..... "Stupid Question of the Day!" (SQD, pat. pend.)

How do I pull the rear drums? Tried tapping (OK, hammering) from all sides to no avail. I don't have to remove that huge 462mm nut just to get the drums off, do I?
