Hello Larry, I hope you are still enjoying your adventure. There hasn't been much from you on the vanagon site lately, but maybe that's because you don't have the internet connection. I have looked at your site several times for ideas and inspiration. Your LED lights are subtle enough that I did not notice what they were until a list member pointed them out. I am interested in your opinion on them. Have they lasted as long as advertised? How does their light output compare with fluorescents and incandescents? Do you notice a reduced battery draw? Is the light pleasing or do you feel like it is going to give you a headache? Is the light too focused? Too diffused? Annoyingly bright? What did you choose that you would now change? Are you using any LED's on the exterior of your van and what do you think of them? If you don't use them I would like to hear your reasons. As you can see I have many questions, so when you get near the internet, please let me know what you think. Thank you! Barbara Westenberg

PS: I keep a copy of your 12/22/03 email on the back cover of my "van projects" notebook. Great encouragement when I find yet another problem.

Barbara,

If you go to my web site : www.roadhaus.com and look in the vehicle / modifications section you will find detail on the LED lighting I installed.

Sorry I'm don't have a internet connection right now or would provide the direct link.

After looking at the info ... please let me know if you have any questions ornLED lighting or sources.
