<P>One thing to keep in mind is the drum could have a bit of a "lip" on it if it's been a while since it was last removed. If this is the case you can beat that thing till your blue in the face, it ain't comming off. You need to remove the little rubber plug on the back side and back off the self adjuster (its a ratchet mechanism). Let me know if you need help with this.</P>
