Quite easy to replace. Take off the steering column cover (two screws, Pull the horn cover straight up & off, do not remove wires. Take off steering wheel. (Large nut), hit from below, towards yourself, with the palms of your hands. This exposes the switch. You do not have to take out the whole key switch assy. First unplug the switch. Take a #1 phillips, lay on your back on the floor, so you can see the screw, and remove screw on key switch. Pull switch out. You can test the switch I am told, from the fuse panel. there is an empty relay plug-in # 2, I believe. Check there for power. John C. SLC, UT 85 & 91 Westys...
