As I got into the GoldBrick this evening there was a slight glaze of frozen condensation on the windows. One of those things that's right in between being thick enough to need a scraper, or thin enough to come off with a flick of the wiper blades.

So I got in and started up the engine, and waited for the heat to come on. And then I looked at the defroster switch. You know, that thing that powers those wires in the hatch window. So I turned it on and watched as a few minutes later, the ice on my outside mirrors started to melt away. Made me feel good.

Doubly good as I haven't bother to fix the (broken) wires for those mirrors that control the power servos (i.e. my power mirrors aren't powered currently..) One of these days...
