Aaah Fridays...

What a nice end to the week. I was backing a nice '87 Wolfsburg out of the shop today and didn't bother to notice that someone only opened the roll-up door about 5' 10".

Can anyone guess what happened next?? Loud metallic bang followed by extreme cursing (by me).

The result? Bent roll-up door that we were able to straighten (for the most part), and badly dinged Vanagon. The van took the hit about 3" from the top of the roof. The corners took the most damage with a crease in the metal about 4" long. Crap!

At least it was a van owned by me and not a customer. It's really too bad, this was a nice van that I was getting ready to sell. It has 15" SA alloys, Projekt Zwo fog lights, stainless steel muffler, luggage bars on the rear window, power windows/mirrors/locks, and a nice Wolfy interior.

Anyways, there's a good chance all of the above items will be available for sale soon since I doubt I'm going to fix this van.

Have a good weekend.

Cheers,

Jeff
