I'm off to bURNINGvAN!


Not just off, despite the ravings of David B, BenT, Karl W and Madonna.


I'm leaving early mainly to avoid the hordes of vans [cleverly disguised as
Hondas, Toyotas and such] that will be converging on Ocean Beach in San
Francisco.  A traffic jam that makes Burning Man traffic look like the
parking lot at a tatting contest.


Among the millions of confirmed attendees are not included Itzhak Perlman,
Chris Bangle, the Pope, Judy Garland, Arnold the S and Tiny Tim.


How can you miss this?  [Besides bad aim of course]


There will be reports of this event posted unless the participants come up
with the blackmail money in time.
