We Alaskans have solved this problem!

Our garages are too full of bikes, kayaks, camping gear, tools, airplanes, four wheelers, boats, used excercise equipment, etc, that there is no room for a car/truck/van/suv/(insert your vehicle here). It really saves on bike frames, passenger side mirrors, and vanagon back ends.
