I have the opposite problem.  My door is extremely hard to open,
especially in cold weather.  It unlatches okay, but the part of the
travel where it slides outward requires a serious heave.  Anyone know what
would cause this?  I'm afraid eventually I'm going to break the handle or
yank the door off its tracks.
