Well I sure hope you're on the mend now Chris....

My first and hopefully last trip to hospital in an ambulance just over two years ago. It was in a LWB VW T4 Syncro Ambulance. There's quite a few of them here in Oz now, along with MB Sprinters and F*rd Transit vans. The Syncros tend to be in country locations as I was at the time of needing one. Thing was,I felt so ill at the time I didn't really get to appreciate the vehicle I was in.I didn't even notice I was in a VW untill I was being carried out at the hospital.

BTW,I had my first look at the VW LT35s just the other day. They have just been introduced to Australia. There was a absolutely huge cavernous high roof van and a single cab chassis truck at a VW dealer.

All TDIs with service intervals of 22,500kms. You'd make a mighty big camper out of one of these....:) Quality of finish looks good.Funny to see a conventional tailshaft on a VW however...(other than a syncro....)
