Thanks for all of you who have offered parts and encouragement with my auto transmission project. After reading Phil's message, I placed an order with Makco on Monday. A rebuild kit for the 090 unit arrived from Texas to Michigan Thursday. The cost was about $92. The delivery was fairly quick, don't you think? The kit includes all kinds of seals and friction components and more 0-rings than I have ever seen in one place. Wonder what I am supposed to do with it all? Nice to know that there are several transmissions for sale out there if I really goof it up./George |
