Denis, As long as the 15" tire you are running is either an LT rated tire or has a reinforced side wall you should be OK. Don't go crazy with 29" tall tires or anything like that, but 27 should work just fine. If you want to see some BIG tires installed (on Syncros) see http://www.syncro.ca/tech/tirefitment.htm at the bottom you will see a link to the tire size / rpm calculator that I created. This should help you with how fast you will be going once you change tires. The 2WD manual transmission has the same gearing as the AAN Syncro transmission.

If you need some 15" rims, I will be getting some in stock in about three weeks time. Please pmail me if you are interested.

Hi Volks,

I know it is an occasional subjet in that group and I may have miss the information buy is there any 2WD owner using 15 inches wheels or it is only a Synchro subject ? The fact is that I am not sure that the clearance is the same so I would like to ear it from a 2WD owner: does it worth it ? What tire recommendation ?

Thanks

Denis
