I just made my own last week. I bought everything I needed at Home Depot. I re-used the flare nuts because the original ones were beefier than the new ones. I used a cheap flaring tool, a cheap tubing cutter, a set of coil type tubing benders, and 10 ft of 3/8" O.D. copper line. The copper line was rated for both water and LP.

I made my own manometer with 10 ft of clear tubing, a 1x4 piece of wood, and some wire clips to attach the tube to the wood. The manometer allowed me to fine-tune the regulator and pressurize the system and check for leaks. I found some leaks, but it was not at my new lines!

So make your own lines - it's not too hard. Just cut the old ones out and copy them. I did the final bend and flare near the LP tank after I installed the lines; I didn't have to remove the plate where the LP lines pass through the floor this way. The new lines turned out nice.
