VanVolks,

I want to add the location of the paint codes for various model/year
combinations to the paint information  on the vanagon site I'm building.

This is all the archives have to say about that:

look under drivers seat..or under drivers dash..
It is supposed to be on the sticker on the left door post, just under
the fusebox. This sticker is also found in the service book. Also found
on a metal plate under the front seat, but I am not quite sure about
this one.
