I spent a bit of time on the tirerack site this summer and thought i was pretty clever to find what "appeared" to be suitable 205/14's for my westy.
The minute i inquired about load ratings The very knowledgeable tirerack rep - chimed in "you've got one of those vanagons don't cha???"
Apparently I managed to find a "typo" on the site and i was actaully looking at a trailer tire. :O(
The 185 Yokohamas SuperVan tires I bought from them have been fine - maybe a llittle more jumpy on the highway. Their direct shipment to my garage and appointment scheudling was very nice too.

They were discontinued about 2 years ago. Where ya been? ;) I think most go w/ 185's or 195/75's as alternatives. Or plus size wheels. James 90 Carat |
