Scott, I have done this conversion. It is a lot of work. I swapped tranny's and related parts with another list member so I got all the parts off his van. You do not need to modify the body. The pedal assembly needs to be replaced. To do this I had to remove the dash. I used a new master and slave cylinder. You will also need to: Install the tranny install the hydraulic line between the master and slave cylinders (be careful removing these from the donor van) replace the shifter and linkage back to the trammy. Rewire the harness at the shifter to bypass the neutral switch and connect wiring to backup switch on tranny The front rug needs to be replaced to cover the large hole for the auto shifter
