hey all, i received my new propane tank today from go westy, she's a beaut! anyways, there is are plastic cap cover a hole on the top side of tank. i am supposed to plug this with a bolt or something? or is this some sort of breather and just leave the cap in it? i do not have an old tank to look at some i am sort of confused here thanks jason
