Florida is a great place to sell Vanagons / Westy / Synchro and you should consider that while the RoadHaus is still running and you're local to the only comparable Syncro market to CA.

I can't agree with this one Stan, you see very few Vanagons here and prices are low, even on Campers. I know where there is a '90 GL camper with 96k miles on it and a $7k price and no takers for at least the last 3 months. If the A/C isn't functional, you can knock another $2k off their price. The lack of a stationary A/C unit to use when parked makes them un-useable as camping vehicles in Florida most of the year. And Syncros? Not any demand for those here unless someone is looking for a toy. An ebaY Syncro GL in Orlando recently went for around $1,500.

Florida would be a great place to buy a Vanagon though, they have no rust and are usually disposed of when the A/C craps out for wholesale or less.

Good luck,
