Joy, To your list you can add organizing and prioritizing our lives. Before we jump in our gas guzzlers we need to stop and decide if we really need to, or can the errand be saved for the next time we will be near there. Do we really need this trip to the video store, or would we better off going for a walk, playing with the kids, etc. When we order that new part for our van, does it need to come by Fed Ex, UPS, etc, who will have to make a special trip to our door, or can we wait the extra few days for the U.S. Mail person to bring it. They come by our house everyday already.
