Bicycle riders suffer from the same problems as motorcycle riders... a few
idiots tend to give us all a bad reputation.
99% of bicycle riders are considerate, however, I've lost count of how many
times I've seen bike riders zoom through red lights and stop signs, not to
mention the putz's who ride 3 across and block the highway.
I won't even get into the stupid things some motorcycle riders do.
Happy Frydaye,
Jeff

I just moved from Calif to Las Vegas, I train and ride on the roads here and
have always
rode a bike to work and around the places i live, Las Vegas it is diffrent
becuase the
hit and runs here are HIGH kinda sad the motorist takes its not my fault if
somehting happens.
get out of my way method!
( I put more miles on my bike then van ) Race for a Team here and train on
the roads, group
and alone.
Anyway I ride on a sometime 24inch wide area and thats it, cars blast past
yell cr%P out the
window speed by with the side mirrors almost hitting me. ITS ALL a part of
the game they play
and traffic planners sometimes don't want to or can't do anything ( hands
are tied )?
I will always ride have since i was 5 years old.
Take care.
Joe

Boy, does that sound familiar. There are some lovely bike trails in my
area, within a few miles of my apartment. How do I get to them? Well, I
throw my bike on the roof rack and *drive* to one of the trails. Absurd,
but it's the only safe way to do it.
