Even the french realize that is the most efficient way to extract hydrogen for any sort of large scale project. They're doing it now since they have about 60 npp's supplying abundant supplies of energy.

Imagine that- a country that is only about twice the size of Colorado having 60 plants versus the USA with only about 110!
