Loren, Are we talking about the NOS one-piece rubber mats from VW?

I bought a NOS OP mat from Bus Depot last spring. Unfortunately it was for the automatic and I had to do some extra cutting around the shifter. Also had to keep trimming and adjusting the cut around the gas pedal (I still have the carpet in).

My biggest beef was the smell the mat had for the first 2500 plus miles. Early on, I had to drive in freezing conditions with the window open, just to keep from passing out from the fumes. Now that the smells gone and it works well, I it.

I'll echo the previous post, I like these front mats very much. Got mine when they were on sale around Christmas, perfect fit, very rugged. I first saw a set of these in Roadhaus last year, how have they held up for you Larry?
